I think Wudijo put out a video yesterday also talking about survivability for wizard and recommends things like cubing Karini and using RoRG instead(if you pref to craft your weapon primal over the ring)especially if your ring is not 78% or higher on the legendary. Right now one of the things holding people back on Wizard is just survivability and Ive recommended the whole int into vitality a lot thanks to galv shield passive scaling with your HP. Some of the things people need to realize or learn is knowing what are good rifts and what are bad rifts, what are good mobs and what are bad mobs(There was a site that had mob % and it does help understand when a rift should be skipped)knowing when to move on from a pack, knowing what your class wants to avoid(Juggers for most Necros for example), Pylon management and things like building up density on good maps.

Most people that are failing to do 150 right now isn't really from gear but from lack of experience doing 150s or high rifts in general.
